Henry H. “Skip” Hegel
Henry H. “Skip” Hegel started in the industry in 1968 as a dealer followed by a sales and service career at OMC as Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and later Director of Service. He then joined Mercury Marine as Senior Director of Technical Service and later became Director of Sales.

John Underwood
 John Underwood is past chairman of the Marine Retailers Association of America. He currently serves on the National Boating Safety Advisory Council for the US Coast Guard and has served on other industry boards, including ABYC and ABBRA. He started and operated Lockwood Marine for 20 years, prior to its sale in 2007. He has also successfully operated companies outside the marine industry.
